Currently a significant portion of our work is provision of a variety of project management services to the rail industry, working with clients to improve efficiency in all areas of project management and delivery, often where there is high political pressure to deliver on time.
This includes project engineers, design management, supplier integration management and project control services, all with the aim of getting projects under control, delivering on time and to budget, and moving from a reactive to a proactive approach.

We support clients in reviewing, developing and embedding processes within the organisation. Our processes drive efficiency and consistency across different projects and departments and develop performance against client metrics when working under a framework contract.

Lessons Learnt Workshops
Using a lessons learnt workshop allows the review of a project to establish what can be improved on for future project delivery. But it can also be used to understand what has been successful, added value, and should be replicated on future projects.
