Chun-Kit has 20 years’ experience of delivering complex design and construction projects within the rail industry (he’s older than he looks!)
He is known for turning around projects that are struggling to deliver to time, budget or both
He is determined and focussed on delivering value for clients, while bringing the team together in a collaborative approach

Alice has 20 years’ experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing in a variety of engineering and leadership roles, and is a true manufacturing geek at heart
She set up the fill-finish manufacture of the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine, and you can hear all about that rollercoaster ride here
She loves to lead teams and help others realise their own potential, supportively challenging everyone to deliver while having fun
She won a 2022 Top 50 Women in Engineering award on the theme of innovation, for leadership of the manufacture of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine

Billy has a background in business banking, and this enables him to be a great critical friend to small businesses, understanding their challenges and helping to create a clear future
He is a great leader and listener, getting the best out of people to deliver business improvements
He has a passion for pugs, and is currently working on training his pugs Rubble and Nala to talk…. he might be some time!

Amy has over 5 years’ experience working on railway construction projects, and managing KPIs to improve performance
She has delivered a range of business improvements in both large and small businesses, improving efficiency and performance
She is also a very keen (i.e. completely insane!) runner, doing everything from sprinting to cross country and marathons

Mark is officially retired, but just can’t quite let go…
He has over 30 years’ experience working in pharmaceuticals, and has a talent for challenging the norm and identifying a forward business strategy
He is also an avid (Welsh) rugby fan, and is on a mission to visit every country of the world, so he’s often on holiday…
